Umrah Packing Checklist
The essentials — clothing, toiletries, documents and small comforts — for a smooth Umrah trip.
Documents
- Passport + photocopies
- Visa printout
- Vaccination certificate
- Package voucher, hotel confirmations, flight tickets
Clothing (men)
- 2 sets of Ihram + Ihram belt
- 4-5 sets of casual clothing for after Umrah
- Comfortable sandals (no closed shoes during Ihram)
Clothing (women)
- Modest abayas / loose clothing
- 2-3 hijabs
- Comfortable walking shoes
Toiletries
- Unscented soap and shampoo (fragrance is not allowed during Ihram)
- Toothbrush + miswak
- Small towel
Small comforts
- Refillable water bottle
- Small backpack
- Prayer beads
- Portable phone charger
- Basic medicines: paracetamol, ORS, bandages
